This sweater is beautiful out of the package, luxuriously soft, but it runs very large, and "on " it balloons out above the hips, creating a bit of a love-handle appearance on my daughter who is 5"4 , 130 lbs. She found it unflattering. I ended up keeping it for myself (I am 5"1, 125 lbs.) because I honestly just didn't want to pay for return shipping , and also feels exceptionally comfy and will be good for around the house loungewear. I wouldn't wear it out though. In retrospect I wish I had returned it.Maybe it would have been better in a size small. I also think it is made for a taller person.
