The sweater was nice except that it fit very snug for a size M, so I tried to return it. I emailed them Feb. 3 and Feb. 7, and as of today I've not heard a peep; I still haven't got return instructions from WoolOvers. So if you buy one of these, be very sure you want it because it seems to be a hassle (if not impossible?) to get a refund.
