I bought this shrug to wear at a winter wedding because I didn't want to be cold in my cocktail dress. I love the ruffled neck part of this shrug and it kept me a little bit warmer. But hey,...it's lace so don't expect a lot! I thought it looked very stylish for the price. I bought a 1x based on the reviews that said it ran small. It does indeed run small! I almost did not buy it because the sizing said 1X. I am 5'3 and 115 lbs. This shrug fit me just right when normally i would wear a small or medium.
