This top is perfect for a business casual or dressy setting - the fit is snug and comfortable. Even being a little on the heavy side myself, I find it to be flattering. The sleeves are extra long - they can probably be pushed or rolled back comfortably but I decided to hem them, and I like it that way. I would definitely get more in other colors, they're great for the winter season.
