I ordered a medium, which was a bit too big so for anyone on the petite size, a small might be better. Nevertheless, this is a very comfy shirt, not scratchy in the least. It's slightly on the sheer side (the taupe/khaki color) so if that's not your thing, might wear an undershirt underneath. For the price, I'm gonna go ahead & order the other colors. I love this shirt & was delivered in the promised date range. In fact, it came 2 days early :)
